Job summary

Jobot seeks a Senior Manufacturing Engineer in Warsaw, IN to drive process development, validation, and optimization across multiple manufacturing operations. You'll lead manufacturing projects, interpret blueprints with GD&T, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Domestic travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related position.
• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering with at least three years of relevant experience.
• At least two years interpreting blueprints with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for efficient, repeatable manufacturing processes.
• Develop and improve manufacturing methods meeting performance and quality requirements.
• Create and maintain controlled technical documentation (prints, procedures, BOMs, routers).
• Lead manufacturing-engineering project plans and schedules.
• Lead equipment-qualification and process-validation projects.
• Communicate plans and risks to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Travel domestically up to 10%.
