Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate engineered labor standards and performance incentives.
• Monitor site labor, inventory, and service performance; drive corrective actions.
• Lead continuous improvement projects across multiple sites.
• Create scheduling tools to capture work content and benchmarks.
• Provide training on labor management and process improvement tools.
