Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
• Knowledge of time studies, process mapping, and line balancing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare technical reports.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing/plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing processes, workflows, cycle times, and production methods.
• Conduct time studies, work measurement, and capacity analysis.
• Identify bottlenecks, waste, and opportunities for improving productivity.
• Support Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with production line balancing and workforce utilization.
• Analyze production and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support facility layout, material flow, and workstation optimization.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Assist with root-cause analysis and corrective action activities.
• Monitor key performance indicators related to productivity, quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams.
• Support new product introduction and manufacturing process improvements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and process documentation.
