Job summary

Group O, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Engineer in Haslet, Texas to design efficient systems integrating workers, information, machines, and materials. You will minimize waste, coordinate production planning, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will combine strong mathematical and engineering skills with problem-solving, leadership, and teamwork. Experience with AutoCAD and PFMEA/FMEA is preferred, with Six Sigma Green Belt certification advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering required.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.
• 5+ years of related industrial engineering experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review production information to optimize methods and workflows.
• Design control systems to minimize production costs and issues.
• Plan production to meet quality standards and maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with clients and management to set production standards.
• Apply statistical methods to determine staff needs and production costs.
• Coordinate quality control objectives and activities to ensure reliability.
