Job summary

Orgill seeks a Labor Management & Standards professional to develop engineered labor standards across Receiving, Picking, Packing and Shipping. You will conduct time studies, manage the LMS data flow, and drive Lean/Six Sigma improvements with continuous SOPs and training for floor associates.

The role requires travel up to 75% to Orgill’s North American DC network, including UT, WV, TX, ID, NY, MO, GA, and Canada, and hands-on work in active distribution centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3–6+ years in a high-volume distribution or logistics setting.
• Proven experience with LMS and WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain engineered labor standards across DC departments.
• Conduct time and motion studies, work sampling, and root-cause analysis.
• Manage Labor Management System data flow and reporting.
• Lead Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to improve cost, service, capacity, and safety.
• Design layouts and coordinate MHE integration using AutoCAD.
