Job summary

Exol is seeking an Industrial Engineer (Nationwide) to develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation across the network. You will partner with Operations, Engineering, IT, Quality and other teams to standardize processes and boost productivity.

You will support time studies, labor analysis, and process observations, aiding Lean and continuous improvement with data-driven problem solving. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Manufacturing, Distribution, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, standard work, and process documentation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to document and improve operational processes.
• Support time studies, labor analysis, productivity tracking, and process observations.
• Assist with process mapping, facility layouts, workflow design, and operational analysis.
• Support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and problem solving.
• Maintain process documentation and ensure updates reflect approved operational changes.
• Travel to operating sites to support implementations, collect data, and validate process standards.
