Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience in planning, implementation, and optimization of production processes.
• Proven experience managing process improvement and operational excellence projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement measures to optimize manufacturing processes, productivity, quality, and performance.
• Define, evaluate, and budget planned production investments in line with business objectives.
• Establish performance indicators and monitor effectiveness of improvements.
• Introduce synchronized manufacturing processes and pull-system principles.
• Identify waste and eliminate root causes to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance and Finance.
• Coordinate training on new workflows and continuous improvement methodologies.
