Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Several years of professional experience in planning, implementation, and optimization of production and manufacturing processes.
• Experience managing process improvement and operational excellence projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement measures to optimize manufacturing processes, productivity, quality, and operational performance.
• Define, evaluate, and budget planned production investments, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational requirements.
• Establish performance indicators and monitor the effectiveness of process improvements and manufacturing optimization initiatives.
• Introduce and support synchronized manufacturing processes, driving balanced production flow and implementing pull-system principles.
• Identify waste throughout production processes and eliminate root causes of machine and process-related issues to improve efficiency and productivity.
