Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions in De Pere, Wisconsin, is seeking an Industrial Engineer to improve manufacturing layouts and processes across PDQ facilities. You will justify capital equipment, design plant layouts, support R&D manufacturability, and help transition new products to production.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in manufacturing/industrial engineering or industrial technology, CAD experience, ISO knowledge, and strong communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing/industrial engineering or industrial technology.
Experience with CAD and blueprint reading.
Lean manufacturing experience and knowledge of ISO standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare economic justification for capital equipment procurement and installation.
Develop plant layouts and determine process flow to improve efficiency.
Support R&D manufacturability and cost reduction initiatives.
Assist in transitioning new products from R&D to production.
Establish testing procedures and quality checks for production equipment.
Promote Lean Manufacturing initiatives and ensure safety rules are followed.
