Job summary

MAT Holdings, Inc. seeks an experienced Industrial Engineer to drive lean manufacturing improvements across equipment utilization, facility layout, and production workflows.

You will partner with the Plant Manager and maintenance teams to resolve day-to-day challenges and deliver clear process documentation, root-cause analyses, and robust improvement plans. The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, data-driven time studies, and collaboration to maximize efficiency while maintaining quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years related experience in manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Experience leading lean methods and tools in a manufacturing environment.
• Travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Conceive, design, develop, and test manufacturing processes aligned with organizational goals.
• Identify footprint and space utilization improvements within facilities.
• Improve equipment performance to remove bottlenecks and breakdowns.
• Create and maintain documentation for processes including flow charts and time studies.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma and Lean principles.
• Analyze current processes and recommend actionable improvement timelines.
