Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering or related field, with entry-level CI experience and Lean/Six Sigma exposure preferred. Full-time, 1st shift, on-site environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a continuous improvement manufacturing environment preferred.
• Lean/Six Sigma experience or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and quality.
• Evaluate and optimize manufacturing processes, material flow, and workflows.
• Use data analytics to identify opportunities and measure improvements.
• Identify and implement safety improvements and ergonomics enhancements.
• Collaborate across departments to implement sustainable process changes.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and work instructions.
