Job summary

Sysco Payroll, Division of Sysco Resources Services, LLC is seeking an Industrial Engineer II, Supply Chain to implement and maintain the engineering program across warehouse and delivery operations in the US and potentially international locations.

The role involves life cycle management of engineering projects, collaboration with site management, data collection, analysis, and training of staff on ELS and PWMs to improve efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
• Experience with engineered labor standards (ELS) and PWMs.
• Experience with SQL and data analysis.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong communication and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain engineered labor standards for operations.
• Analyze operational activities using WMS, LMS, and transportation systems.
• Lead engineering improvements and audits in warehousing and delivery.
• Ensure system configurations and data integrity for operations.
• Provide training on ELS and PWMs to staff and supervisors.
• Support field leadership with data-driven decision making.
