RTX is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to model factory operations, analyze resource utilization and throughput, and lead continuous improvement and factory planning projects in Tucson, AZ. You will drive capacity and layout improvements, integrate new products, ensure safety, and optimize work cells through data-driven methods.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, 2+ years of relevant experience, and the ability to obtain interim Secret clearance and

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or similar engineering discipline, plus at least two years of relevant experience; an applicable master's degree may also qualify.
• Candidates must have experience applying industrial engineering methods and be able to obtain an interim Secret clearance and maintain an ATF clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.

• Model factory operations and analyze resource utilization, throughput constraints, and production processes.
• Lead continuous improvement and factory planning projects, including capacity and layout improvements, new product integration, safety, and work cell ergonomics.
