Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business related curriculum such as Finance, Business Administration, Business Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or Economics.
• Skilled in effective time management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives around production stabilization and share Business Administration methodologies applied throughout the industry.
• Experience with capacity planning, resource utilization, and process improvement using lean methodologies.
• Collaborate with multiple support organizations and develop visual tools to identify performance metrics and opportunities.
• Document time standards and processes to focus on production stability; observe build processes and recommend improvements.
• Analyze performance against daily schedules or orders and ensure correct sequencing and resource alignment.
• Identify safety and ergonomic issues, root causes of defects, and provide recommendations to reduce defects and non-value added work.
• Consider disruption recovery plans using capacity and constraint analysis to recover baseline plans and mitigate downstream impacts.
