Boeing Future of Flight is seeking an entry-level Methods Process Analyst to help optimize production and sequencing across Washington sites, including Everett and Renton. You will work with manufacturing, engineering, and production support teams to stabilize current processes and support future rate changes.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a focus on safety, quality, cost, and flow improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in business-related curriculum such as Finance, Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or Economics.
• Skilled in effective time management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance against daily schedules or orders.
• Learn production processes to ensure correct sequencing and resource alignment.
• Identify safety and ergonomic issues and provide recommendations to reduce or eliminate hazards.
• Identify quality defect trends through root cause analysis and provide recommendations to reduce defects.
• Provide recommendations on process improvements that reduce non-value added work and improve cost and flow.
• May build disruption recovery plans using resource capacity and constraint analysis to get back to baseline plans while mitigating downstream impacts.
