Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build, evaluate and update labor standards annually.
• Identify and improve processes through standardization.
• Conduct time studies and report labor impact of new initiatives.
• Assist in labor budgeting and reporting.
• Support projects and develop Workforce Management knowledge.
• Stay current on IE, CI, and retail operations trends.
