Job summary

This role designs, develops, tests and evaluates integrated systems for managing industrial production processes including human work factors, quality control, cost systems integration, inventory control, logistics, process flow, material flow, cost analysis, and production coordination.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in related field.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel a plus.
• Experience in the food industry is a plus.
• Production and processing knowledge of raw materials, production processes, costs, systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop control systems that help analyze costs and plan finances for investments.
• Upgrade processing systems and optimize workforce to reduce costs.
• Learn product requirements and ensure they are met.
• Design information and manufacturing systems to integrate cost and processing design.
• Coordinate quality objectives with manufacturing solutions to maximize reliability and minimize cost.
• Draft layouts of equipment, materials, and workspace for maximum efficiency.
