Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering with 5 years of IE experience in manufacturing OR Master's degree with 3 years OR 9 years of engineering experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with data mining, data analysis, or data visualization software (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
• Minimum 1 year of experience with EVMS (Earned Value Management System).
• Ability to obtain and maintain US Secret Security Clearance and Special Program Access.
• US Citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes lead times, queue times, WIP, cycle times, and throughput to meet customer demand.
• Builds scalable models to optimize product flow with cost, schedule, and resource constraints.
• Incorporates complex interdependencies within a system for multiple cost centers, programs, equipment, and tools.
• Communicates planning requirements with IT, ERP, analytics, and data science teams.
• Guides digital transformation to align with sector and enterprise strategies.
• Leads and drives positive change using iterative and agile methodologies.
• Creates new metrics and data visualizations to monitor shop floor performance.
• Conducts time studies and follows through with action items.
