You will collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering to implement Lean initiatives, automation, and SAP-based data management for scalable, reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related technical field.
• 1–2+ years in manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and optimize manufacturing workflows for battery assembly operations.
• Conduct time studies, motion analysis, and line balancing to improve throughput and labor utilization.
• Monitor key metrics like OEE, cycle time, scrap, downtime, and productivity trends.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost performance and quality.
• Design plant layouts, workstation ergonomics, and material flow for safe operations.
• Lead Lean and CI initiatives; drive CAPA to improve stability and quality.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
