Job summary

Ford Model e U.S. is seeking a manufacturing engineer to help optimize industrial processes in our Michigan plants.

You will leverage engineering training and hands-on shop floor experience to improve efficiency and product quality across a range of automotive manufacturing lines. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 3+ years in industrial engineering in manufacturing, and knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and CAD tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering in a manufacturing plant environment.
• Automotive manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies.
