We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer for our client, a rapidly scaling advanced manufacturing company developing a next-generation facility focused on complex materials and precision components. Their work supports critical sectors such as electric vehicles, energy infrastructure, and national security, and they are building a world-class team to drive innovation and domestic production.

As the Industrial Engineer, you will lead layout planning, process optimization, and workflow design across a state-of-the-art facility. You’ll work cross-functionally to streamline operations and drive continuous improvement in a semi-continuous batch environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze plant layout and optimize workflows across pressing, sintering, cutting, and machining operations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and throughput.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical, and materials engineering.
• Support SOP development and operational structure in a rapidly scaling environment.
• Serve as a process improvement leader across a semi-continuous batch manufacturing model.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of industrial or process engineering experience in a manufacturing environment, with a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline and a proven track record of layout optimization, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. Experience working in metallurgy, ceramics, aerospace, or advanced materials manufacturing is a strong plus.
