We are seeking a highly analytical and process-oriented Industrial Engineer to join our team and drive the optimization of our recruitment, online testing, and candidate assessment processes for a fully remote workforce. This role will be responsible for evaluating current workflows, identifying inefficiencies, integrating automation tools, and implementing data-driven strategies to enhance hiring speed, candidate quality, and overall recruitment efficiency.
Process Mapping & Analysis
Assess current end-to-end recruitment workflows including sourcing, application intake, screening, testing, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and inefficiencies in the hiring lifecycle.
Tool Optimization & Integration
Evaluate and recommend improvements for online testing platforms, assessment tools, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Collaborate with HR tech vendors and internal IT teams to integrate systems and enhance automation.
Data Analytics & KPI Development
Develop dashboards and reports to monitor key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, pass/fail rates, candidate drop-off).
Leverage predictive analytics to improve screening efficiency and candidate success forecasting.
Workflow Automation
Design and implement lean workflows and process automation using tools like RPA (Robotic Process Automation), scripting, or no-code platforms.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations in automated assessment and recruitment activities.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and department hiring managers to gather feedback and deliver measurable improvements.
Provide training and documentation for optimized tools and processes.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in process optimization or industrial engineering, preferably within HR or recruitment operations.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS)
Familiarity with HR testing/assessment tools (e.g., HackerRank, Criteria, Codility)
Strong data analysis skills (Excel, SQL, Python/R, BI tools)
Knowledge of remote work platforms and digital collaboration tools
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Project management experience with proven ability to drive initiatives from concept to execution
Experience in scaling or managing processes for a fully remote or hybrid workforce
Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement certification
Understanding of behavioral assessments and psychometric testing
