About the job: Senior Industrial Engineer (DBN)

The Senior Industrial Engineer will be responsible for supporting company objectives through logistics, supply chain management, and process optimization initiatives. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders and a strong focus on change management and continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Matric (Grade 12)
  2. 5+ years of relevant experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or related industries
  3. 5+ years experience in Lean Six Sigma
  4. 5+ years experience in Business Analysis and Change Management
  5. Experience in Supply Chain optimization, planning, and design
  6. Development of Business Requirement Specifications (BRS)
  7. Development of System Requirement Specifications (SRS)
  8. Skills and experience with WMS/ERP systems, including operational and development aspects
  9. Skills and experience with TMS systems

Responsibilities:

  • Support company objectives by identifying, analyzing, and developing value-adding solutions for customers
  • Assist in effective change management across multiple projects and business units
  • Scope, analyze, implement, and measure strategic business objectives and projects
  • Manage change within various departments effectively
  • Guide the organization through the S-Curve of change
  • Support Lean Six Sigma initiatives and continuous improvement strategies
  • Optimize warehouse and transportation planning and operations
  • Collaborate effectively with Operations, EXCO, and other internal stakeholders
