Job summary

Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc. is hiring an Industrial Engine Field Technician to diagnose and repair prime power and standby electrical power installations. The role involves working on diesel, gas, and marine engines, and repairing generators and components.

Training in DOT requirements and proper tool handling is required, with overtime and potential weekend work. The New Stanton Industrial Engine Shop will coordinate dispatches, with opportunities across multiple locations in PA, WV,

Qualifications

Graduate of a technical school, military school, or relevant working experience acceptable to the company.
Must be able to pass DOT regulatory & CBE requirements for operating vehicles and have driving record acceptable to the Company.

Responsibilities

Independently diagnose and repair prime power and standby electrical power installations in multiple or parallel operation.
Diagnose, repair, rebuild, and maintain diesel, gas, and marine engines.
Repair and maintain generators and component parts in various environmental and working conditions.
Safely assemble and disassemble equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
Maintain tool requirements and complete service reports to update work orders.
Work overtime as required and possibly on weekends.
