Job summary

Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co. is hiring an Industrial Engine Field Technician to service electric power generation systems and industrial engines for customers in the region.

The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and startup of diesel and gas engines, generators, and switchgear, with after-hours on-call as needed. The ideal candidate will have a Commercial Driver’s License, relevant technical training, and experience in field service, with the ability to work in varied environments and

Qualifications

• Requires a Commercial Driver's License and passing a drivers' physical.
• Graduate of a technical school or military training or relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair prime power and standby electrical power installations.
• Diagnose, repair, rebuild, and maintain diesel, gas, and marine engines.
• Perform work on generators and related components in various environments.
• Complete service reports and update work orders.
• Meet required Department of Transportation physicals and licensing.
