Accelera is seeking an experienced Industrial Electronics Technician to join our maintenance team in Williamsport, PA. You will help ensure the reliability of manufacturing control systems and minimize downtime through expert troubleshooting, system upgrades, and proactive equipment management.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing control systems, upgrading circuitry, programming PLCs, and mentoring peers to uphold safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years in industrial maintenance or manufacturing.
  • Proficient with oscilloscopes, multimeters, data loggers, and power analyzers.
  • Strong PLC programming, serial communications, and PC-based control systems.

  • Design, modify, and implement circuitry improvements for performance.
  • Program, calibrate, and adjust PLCs and AC/DC drive systems.

  • Program, calibrate, and adjust programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and AC/DC drive systems.
  • Lead technical projects and mentor team members to foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
  • Select and specify new electronic components and hardware to upgrade aging plant infrastructure.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of repairs, software backups, and equipment performance metrics.
