Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5 years in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or Building Automation.
• HVAC certification or equivalent required; knowledge of building automation systems preferred.
• Criminal history screening and valid driver's license with acceptable record.

Responsibilities

• Ensure systems, buildings, and equipment operate efficiently; analyze issues and implement repairs.
• Perform highly technical work in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation on facilities.
• Design, test and repair PLCs and control systems; supervise vendor activities when needed.
• Operate equipment and tools, document work orders and time logs.
