To utilize advanced education while developing skills in the Electrical Maintenance Field. Trainees will be trained by skilled staff and will become competent maintenance employees. After approximately 12 months, trainees will inspect, test, adjust, and maintain electrical devices. Upon meeting the criteria, trainees will advance to Job Class 55 Electrical Maintenance, with merit reviews every 8 months until reaching Job Class 58.
