Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC is seeking an Electrician to install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair electrical components and controls of plant equipment at the Columbia Fuel Fabrication Facility in Hopkins, South Carolina. This 100% onsite role reports to the E&I Team Manager and will contribute to safe, reliable operations.

The candidate should have industrial electrical experience, a high school diploma or GED, and at least 1 year of maintenance/industrial electrician experience,

Qualifications

• Industrial electrical experience required.
• Satisfactory performance in current role.
• Knowledge of local and national electrical code.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair solid state, relay‑based, and air logic control systems.
• Install and repair switches, junction boxes, wire and control panels.
• Install, maintain and troubleshoot PLCs and equipment control systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems.
• Read and update electrical schematics.
• Follow local and national electrical code and safety procedures.
