Staffworks Group is seeking Industrial/Manufacturing Electricians of various levels and shifts to join our on-site operations in Michigan. We offer day and night shift openings with hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and adherence to safety protocols in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include reading electrical drawings, performing PM inspections, troubleshooting automated equipment, and coordinating with vendors.

Qualifications

3+ years of industrial electrical experience (Electrician I)
5+ years of industrial electrical experience (Electrician II)
8+ years of industrial electrical experience (Electrician III)
Proficient in troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment.
Understanding of conveyors, automation, and mechanical systems.
Ability to read and troubleshoot using electrical drawings.

Responsabilités

Operate Mobile CMMS device for reactive calls and preventive maintenance assignments.
Adhere to electrical safety requirements in a manufacturing environment.
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems.
Read and troubleshoot using electrical drawings.
Maintain safety and efficiency to minimize downtime.
Comply with Electrical Preventive Maintenance programs and procedures.
Complete Electrical PM Inspections, Wire Harness, Filters, Cable Management.
Attend workshops to maintain technical knowledge.
Work with outside vendors and contractors as assigned.
Provide input into plant RCA process and machine reliability.
