Job summary

Aerotek is recruiting an Industrial Electrician/ Electrical Technician for a Perry, IA project. You will assist in preparing job sites, pulling wire/conduit, terminating cables, and installing electrical systems, lighting, outlets, and circuit breakers.

Schedule is 6am–5pm, Monday–Thursday with occasional Friday or Saturday shifts, onsite at the Perry Foundry. The role requires 1–2 years of electrical helper experience, ability to pull and bend conduit/wire, and proficiency with hand and power

Job Title: Industrial Electrician

Join a local electrical contractor specializing in industrial, agricultural, and UL electrical control work. As an Electrical Technician, you will assist in preparing job sites, pulling wire/conduit, terminating cables, and installing electrical systems, lighting, outlets, and circuit breakers.

Work Environment

Gasche Electric provides a collaborative work environment alongside family members, with normal working hours from 6am to 5pm, Monday through Thursday, with occasional Friday or Saturday shifts. The work is primarily industrial electrical projects at the Perry Foundry, with plans to start a building automation division soon.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Perry, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
