Job summary
Novolex is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician in Milesburg, PA to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial electrical and electronic control systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
You will collaborate with engineering, machine operators and maintenance staff, perform PLC/HMI/VFD programming, upgrades and preventive maintenance, and keep detailed records to ensure equipment operates safely and at peak productivity.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in electrical engineering or Industrial Maintenance Certification or 3 years as industrial electrician.
- Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring (120/277/480V, 3-phase).
- PLC experience with Allen-Bradley RSLogix is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility.
- Troubleshoot hardware & software (PLCs, HMIs, VFDS, AC/DC drives, temperature controls).
- Program and setup equipment for manufacturing to meet specs.
- Maintain documentation and CMMS entries.
- Work safely, independently, and under pressure.
