Novolex seeks an Electrical Maintenance Technician in Milesburg, PA to troubleshoot, maintain and repair industrial electrical and control systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires collaboration with engineering and operators, with emphasis on safety, efficiency, and detailed record-keeping. Compensation is $36–$42 per hour, and a day shift supports stable hours.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Industrial Maintenance Certification or 3 years of industrial electrician experience.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs, maintenance, and upgrades to industrial production equipment.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and electrical control systems.
• Program and set up equipment to meet product specifications.
• Create and update manufacturing work instructions and process flow.
• Ensure safety and maintain CMMS records for parts used.
