Job summary

High Steel Structures seeks experienced electrical maintenance personnel for 1st-shift operations. The role focuses on planning and performing repairs on electrical and mechanical equipment across fabrication shops and office areas in Lancaster, PA.

A strong background in industrial maintenance and PLC/VFD/CNC repair is essential. Candidates should hold a high school diploma or GED and demonstrate flexibility for overtime and weekend work.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
5+ years of experience in industrial/commercial maintenance/electrical preferred.
Proficiency in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting desired.
Experience with repairs of VFDs, PLCs, CNC controls/drives required.
Welding equipment and overhead crane experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Plan and perform a wide range of electrical and mechanical equipment repairs.
Conduct building repairs across fabrication shops and office areas.
Support maintenance efforts on emergency repairs and scheduled downtimes.
Work 1st shift: Mon-Fri 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM, with every 5th Saturday morning.
