Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with industrial controls PLCs, motor controls and drives.
• Experience with instrumentation for flow, pressure and temperature.
• Ability to read electrical/mechanical schematics and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to plant safety and environmental guidelines and participate in safety program.
• Perform reactive and preventative maintenance on production equipment.
• Use experience to identify and implement improvements.
• Work with automation, production, and computer systems.
• Research parts in electrical/mechanical manuals and submit orders.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical equipment for production continuity.
• Respond to operator/quality/supervisor requests on equipment specs.
• Assist operators with machine start-up, shutdown, or clean up.
• Document daily work and machine conditions in writing and verbally.
