Job summary

Responsibilities include installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and motor controls to ensure uninterrupted production of high-quality foods. Safety emphasis throughout.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Industrial Electrical Technician.
• Food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
• Experience with PLC programming, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Familiarity with VFDs, HMIs, and automation components.
• Knowledge of AC/DC motors, control circuits, and power distribution.
• Proficient in electrical testing equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, insulation testers).
• Ability to train production and maintenance staff on electrical systems.
• Strong safety practices and regulatory awareness.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical components to support continuous production of high-quality food products.
• Install and configure electrical systems for new and existing production lines, ensuring safety compliance.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems.
• Diagnose faults using advanced testing equipment and tools.
• Repair components such as wiring, switches, relays, and circuit breakers.
• Program and maintain PLCs to control automated machinery and processes.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, and HMIs.
• Provide safety training to staff on operation and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
