Job summary

Morgan Corp. is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent for our Augusta, GA project. The role plans, coordinates, and leads all electrical activities, interfacing with owners and subcontractors to meet project goals.

You will ensure safety, schedule adherence, and quality control, while mentoring craft teams and coordinating material orders. Strong NEC/OSHA knowledge and 10+ years of electrical construction experience are required. This is a full-time role based in Augusta, GA.

Qualifications

10+ years of electrical construction experience.
Minimum 5 years as a foreman.
Strong NEC/OSHA/NFPA 70E knowledge.
Experience on large industrial projects from planning through commissioning.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret plans and specifications.
Develop and implement work plans for the Foreman and craft teams.
Coordinate with trades and specialty subcontractors required for project completion.
Maintain safety, environmental and quality controls on site.
Lead crews and monitor schedule updates and labor projections.
Submit daily reports and participate in hiring/evaluations as needed.
Coordinate material orders and ensure deliveries meet construction schedule.
Supervise electrical installation, troubleshooting and repair as required.
