Job summary

Morgan Corp. is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent for our Charlotte, NC project site. The role leads all electrical activities, coordinates with the project team, and may oversee related trades to ensure on-time, safe, and high-quality completion.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical construction experience.
• 5 years of foreman responsibility.
• Strong NEC/OSHA/NFPA 70E knowledge.
• Experience managing large industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Develop and implement work plans for the Foreman and craft teams.
• Coordinate all related subcontractor needs and implementation.
• Supervise electrical system installation, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Perform material takeoffs and ensure material orders meet schedule.
• Submit daily reports and support weekly schedule updates.
