Job summary

Morgan Corp. is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent for our Spartanburg, SC project operations. The role plans, coordinates, and leads all electrical activities and may oversee related trades, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

You will communicate with owner field representatives, manage daily reports, and coordinate with subcontractors to meet construction timelines. Strong leadership and compliance with NEC standards are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical construction experience.
• Experience leading industrial electrical projects from planning through commissioning.
• Ability to read and interpret complex electrical drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA regulations, NFPA 70E; ability to enforce safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Develop and implement work plans for the Foreman and craft teams.
• Motivate, supervise, and direct craft to meet work goals.
• Support weekly schedule updates and labor hour projections.
• Daily labor and equipment entry for all crews; author and submit daily reports.
• Coordinate subcontractor needs and implementation.
• Supervise electrical system installation, troubleshooting, and repair.
