Job summary
Morgan Corp. Industrial Division seeks an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead all electrical activities on large industrial projects in the Knoxville area.
You will coordinate foremen and craft teams, review plans, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence. The role requires 10+ years in electrical construction, 5 years as a foreman, and strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of electrical construction experience.
- 5 years of foreman or lead-hand experience.
- Strong NEC/OSHA/NFPA 70E knowledge applicable to industrial sites.
- Experience managing large industrial electrical projects end-to-end.
- Proficiency with MCCs, VFDs, PLCs, switchgear, and power distribution.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret plans and specifications for electrical work.
- Lead craft teams and coordinate with the project team to execute work plans.
- Submit daily reports and support weekly schedule updates.
- Supervise electrical system installation, troubleshooting and repair.
- Coordinate subcontractor needs and ensure safety, quality and schedule.
