Job summary

Mass. Electric Construction Co. invites applications for Electrical Superintendent to lead industrial electrical projects across the United States.

You will oversee safety, quality and productivity while coordinating with contractors, owners and vendors. Relocation and per diem support are provided for nationwide assignments. The role requires a minimum of five years as a General Foreman or Superintendent, with strong leadership, budget, and scheduling abilities, plus willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Five years minimum experience as General Foreman or Superintendent.
• Union labor management experience a plus.
• Direct supervision of crews on electrical installations.
• Strong understanding of underground and above-ground electrical systems.
• Willingness to travel and relocate nationwide.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise small to large construction projects ensuring safety, quality and productivity.
• Perform daily inspections and enforce standards.
• Coordinate between contractors and owners/clients.
• Develop and manage job schedules and delivery of materials.
• Establish and monitor budgetary guidelines and cost control.
• Provide job safety training and ensure compliance with policies.
• Maintain quality standards and drive continuous improvement.
• Attend meetings with customers and general contractors as needed.
