ARCO National Holdings is seeking a seasoned Superintendent/General Foreman to lead field crews on large-scale industrial electrical projects nationwide. You will translate blueprints into safe, high-quality installations, manage foremen, journeymen and apprentices, and ensure strict adherence to schedule.

This role requires Journeyman or Master Electrician license, OSHA 30, and strong Procore/Excel workflow skills.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Field Superintendent, General Foreman, or Senior Foreman overseeing field operations on commercial or industrial electrical construction projects.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license required.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Experience with Procore and Excel for plans, logs, and submittals.

Responsabilidades

• Direct day-to-day field operations and oversee crews to ensure safe, accurate, and on-schedule installation.
• Enforce safety standards, conduct hazard assessments, and lead daily safety huddles.
• Coordinate with general contractors, owners, and other trades on site logistics and workflows.
• Develop 2–3 week look-ahead schedules with proper labor allocation and material staging.
• Identify field issues, communicate discrepancies, and request RFIs through the PM team.
