Job summary

PureGrid Electrical is seeking an experienced Superintendent/General Foreman to lead field operations on industrial electrical projects nationwide. You will direct foremen and crews, ensure safe, high-quality installations, and keep projects strictly on schedule.

You will coordinate with trade partners, manage look-ahead scheduling, review drawings, and track material and equipment needs daily. A Journeyman/Master Electrician license and OSHA 30 are required, with strong leadership and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field superintendent-level experience on industrial electrical projects.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and safety program execution.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day field operations, overseeing foremen and crews to meet schedule.
• Enforce safety standards, lead daily huddles, and maintain OSHA compliance.
• Coordinate logistics, material staging, and equipment access on site.
• Develop 2–3 week look-ahead schedules and ensure proper labor allocation.
• Verify installations against drawings and specs; request RFIs when needed.
• Liaise with general contractors, owners, and trade superintendents.
