ARCO/Murray Power Solutions seeks a Foreman to lead a field crew of journeymen and helpers on industrial electrical projects across the United States. You will plan work, ensure material readiness, coordinate with leadership, and own production and quality on site.

This role requires a current electrical license, OSHA 30, and 6+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience. You will supervise safety, schedule crews, complete paperwork, and liaise with General Contractors and inspections

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated leadership of field crews on electrical projects.
• Ability to plan work and coordinate materials/tools ahead of time.
• Implement and monitor safety programs in the field.

Aufgaben

• Lead and work alongside a crew of journeymen and helpers.
• Lay out work and ensure materials, tools, equipment, and information are in place ahead of time.
• Coordinate crew scheduling with the Project Manager and/or General Superintendent.
• Take ownership of production, QA/QC, and crew scheduling on smaller projects.
• Complete required paperwork and coding.
• Initiate and monitor the safety program in the field.
• Coordinate with other trades, prepare detail drawings, and communicate with the General Contractor and inspections as required.
