Minimum 15 years of professional experience as Industrial Superintendent or PM.
3–5 years tenure with previous employers.
Extensive experience in industrial electrical construction (refineries, power plants, manufacturing).
Strong knowledge of NEC standards and industrial electrical systems.
Proven leadership to direct diverse field crews.
Strong analytical skills to resolve complex project issues.
Experience managing multi-million dollar projects.
Valid driver's license and clean driving history.

Responsibilities

Direct all electrical construction operations on-site from mobilization to completion.
Foster safety and technical excellence for a secure, productive environment.
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and PMs to meet milestones within budget.
Enforce compliance with electrical codes, specs, and blueprints.
Optimize resource allocation to minimize downtime and increase output.

As an Industrial Electrical Superintendent, you will serve as the primary leader responsible for delivering large-scale, high-value industrial projects. You will be tasked with managing field personnel and collaborating closely with project management to guarantee that all installations are completed with maximum efficiency, strict adherence to safety protocols, and superior quality.

Rewards and Provisions

Annual compensation ranging from $150,000 to $200,000, commensurate with your professional background.

Daily per diem payments between $120 and $140, adjusted based on the distance of travel for each assignment.

A company vehicle is supplied to facilitate your travel for business operations and site management.

Core Responsibilities

Direct all electrical construction operations on-site, managing the project lifecycle from initial mobilization through final completion.

Foster a culture of technical excellence and safety to help maintain a secure and productive environment for the entire team.

Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure project milestones are met within budgetary constraints.

Enforce strict compliance with electrical codes, project specifications, and blueprints to ensure the integrity of all installations.

Optimize resource allocation, including equipment, materials, and labor, to help minimize operational downtime and increase project output.

Perform routine site assessments, facilitate safety briefings, and provide detailed progress updates.

Travel to various project locations as needed to provide necessary oversight and support.

Provide guidance and support to field personnel to help uphold high standards of work quality and team productivity.

Qualifications

Minimum of 15 years of professional experience serving as an Industrial Superintendent or Project Manager.

A history of consistent employment, showing 3 to 5 years of tenure with previous organizations.

Extensive expertise in industrial electrical construction, specifically within refineries, power facilities, manufacturing plants, or comparable heavy industrial settings.

Comprehensive understanding of NEC standards, industrial electrical systems, and industry-standard construction methodologies.

Proven leadership capabilities with the aptitude to direct and inspire varied groups of workers.

Strong analytical skills to help resolve complex issues and proactively address project obstacles.

Demonstrated success in overseeing large field crews and managing projects valued in the millions.

Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving history, as a company vehicle is provided.
