Job summary

EC Electric in Hermiston, Oregon, is seeking an Electrical Construction Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale industrial projects on site. The role covers all phases from marketing through close-out, emphasizing profit, scheduling, and strong client relations.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in multi-million dollar electrical construction, strong budgeting and contract management skills, and a proven ability to lead teams and coordinate with owners and vendors.

Qualifications

• 15 years’ experience in selling, estimating, and managing multi-million dollar Industrial Construction or Advanced Technology projects.
• Proven relationships and marketing skills; strong knowledge of electrical codes.
• Experience with earned-value tracking, labor efficiency, and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple Project Managers who are managing multiple projects.
• Manage up to $30 million-dollar electrical construction projects or multiple large projects simultaneously.
• Decide project cost, time and performance parameters.
• Plan, execute, and close projects including job cost tracking.
• Provide monthly project status details and percent complete reports.
• Coordinate on-site activities with foremen to ensure schedule and budget adherence.
• Interface with owners, contractors, vendors and internal teams to ensure project success.
• Support an injury-free work environment and safety culture.
