Job summary

EC Electric seeks a Project Manager to lead diverse electrical projects from marketing through closeout. The role requires a track record in profit control, supervision, and client relations, with strong contract and fiscal management skills.

Responsibilities include planning, cost tracking, and detailed estimating for electrical services across light commercial and light industrial sectors, plus cross‑selling integrated solutions. A strong emphasis on safety and team leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years construction project experience in the regional market with proven relationships and marketing skills
• Experience with design/build is preferred
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and construction methods
• Demonstrated ability to read, understand, and write contracts
• Experienced in writing detailed scope proposals
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

• Project planning, execution, job cost tracking, and job closure
• Provide monthly project status detail and percent of completion reports
• Detailed take-off and estimating for electrical service, tenant improvement, light commercial and light industrial work
• Marketing and building profitable jobs
• Decision-making responsibility concerning project cost, time and performance
• Cross-selling of other company operations through fully integrated solutions
• Interfacing with contractors, vendors, and in-house operations
• Coordinate and direct workforce
• Supporting an injury free work environment and safety culture
