PureGrid Electrical in Houston, TX is seeking a Project Manager who is highly organized to drive flawless execution of mid-sized industrial electrical projects. You will translate designs into actionable field plans, coordinate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors, and own safety, accuracy, and schedule.

This role requires 3–7 years of PM/APM experience, Procore and Bluebeam proficiency, and the ability to travel nationwide.

Formación

• 3–7 years of Project Management or Assistant Project Manager experience within the electrical subcontracting space.
• Solid foundational understanding of medium-to-heavy industrial electrical work, power distribution equipment, and construction blueprints.
• Procore and Bluebeam proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the day-to-day operations of mid-sized industrial electrical projects, ensuring tasks are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.
• Coordinate field operations, provide clear plans, drawings, and labor support to site teams.
• Track procurement and long-lead equipment, coordinate nationwide deliveries, and review supplier quality to prevent delays.
• Monitor project budgets, billing, subcontracts, and change orders.
• Lead regular project alignment meetings with GCs, owners, and engineering teams.
• Maintain organized project records in construction management software (RFIs, submittals, drawings) from preconstruction through closeout.
