Packaging Corporation of America is seeking a Maintenance Technician — Industrial Electrical/Mechanical at the Lithonia, GA box plant. You will diagnose, repair, rebuild, or replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on plant equipment.

You'll work with a team to safely perform preventive maintenance and respond to breakdowns in a production environment. This multi‑craft role includes training to develop additional skills, with first shift and 10–12 hour shifts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
• 2+ years of electromechanical experience.
• A technical degree in the mechanical or electrical trades.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience in the corrugated packaging or printing industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, rebuild, or replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on plant equipment.
• Work with a team to safely perform preventive maintenance activities and answer breakdown calls in a production environment.
• All Maintenance Technician positions are multi‑craft with training provided to develop these skills.
• Initially on first shift, with 10–12 hour shifts and potential future shift changes.
