Qualifications

5+ years in industrial electrical maintenance
Strong understanding of electrical theory and power distribution
Ability to develop preventive maintenance strategies
High proficiency with electrical tools and testing equipment
Strong report writing and data sharing abilities
Ability to travel up to 100% as needed

Responsibilities

Perform electrical preventive maintenance and testing in line with NFPA 70B, OEM specs, and NETA standards
Conduct infrared thermography to identify faults
Inspect electrical components for wear or damage
Clean, lubricate, and service electrical equipment
Test power distribution systems, control equipment, and motors
Maintain documentation of inspections and actions
Follow safety practices including LOTO and arc-flash awareness
Communicate with customers and team about equipment condition
